Insurance Overview
We are in-network with the following insurance plans:
Aetna
Carelon
Cigna
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Choice
United/Optum
Medicare
Medicare Advantage (BCBS and Humana)
We will submit insurance claims for all in-network clients. You are responsible for all out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If your insurance is out-of-network, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. You’ll pay your provider directly, and we’ll provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer.
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022 all healthcare professionals are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for all current and new clients that outlines the expected cost of treatment.
Before engaging in therapy, we provide a GFE outlining the expected cost for clients who are uninsured or paying out of pocket. This estimate ensures transparency in compliance with the No Surprises Act. You’ll receive your GFE in writing before your first session, and if your final bill is significantly higher than estimated, you can dispute it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
What is the cost for therapy session?
Standard Rates
For clients who are uninsured or out-of-network, the full-fee rate is $150 per session for individual therapy.
Sliding Scale and Reduced Rates
To make therapy more accessible, sliding scale rates are available on a time-limited, as-needed basis. If you require a reduced rate, discuss this during your initial consultation.
